These pictures were awarded a first prize in an international collective editorial project “Flowing City” organised by Exhibit Around – dotART in Trieste (Italy), in 2018.
On October 3, 2016, the feminist circle organized a nationwide women’s strike (Black Monday), initiated by famous polish actress Krystyna Janda’s entry on Facebook. The main slogan of the protest was the right of women to decide on the birth of a child towards a project to tighten the rules on abortion.
This day, a large number of demonstrations against the “Stop Abortion” project took place in many Polish cities.
At the largest demonstration – on the Castle Square in Warsaw – according to the City Hall, there were 30,000 participants. After a year, the protest was repeated.
